Role Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, managing client relationships, and supporting overall sales targets. The job involves significant field activity, including attending to client queries, conducting property site visits with clients, and effectively presenting property features to facilitate successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize and accompany clients on property site visits, explaining property features and benefits.

2. Persuade and convince clients, addressing their queries and overcoming objections.

3. Manage lead generation and follow-up processes to nurture client interest from inquiry to closure.

4. Achieve sales targets by closing property deals efficiently.

5. Maintain records of all client interactions and regularly update relevant tracking systems such as Google Sheets or FMS Sheets.

6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in property promotion campaigns.

7. Support and participate in organizing sales events and related promotional activities.

8. Stay updated on current market trends, competitor offerings, and necessary regulations.

9. Able to use MS Office and Apps

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client service orientation and target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
