Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts The DPM is the professional responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers, interacting with several project managers and their respective projects, tracking duties and deliverables. As part of his role the DPM has to focus on create strong and long-terms customer relationships acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams. The DPM governance is across all areas of their services including incident and change management always with the main goal to improve the customer satisfaction ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
