Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:


Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients for BizGrow services.

Identify potential business opportunities through research and outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales team to target high-value clients and assist with customer acquisition.

Qualify leads and convert them into prospective clients by setting up meetings and providing relevant service information.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):


Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Track leads, manage client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and current contact details.

3. Cold Calling & Setting Up Meetings:


Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.

Schedule and manage meetings between potential clients and the sales team.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, addressing client needs and pain points.

4. Market Research & Reporting:


Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business trends and opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing campaign performance for management review.

5. Social Media & Digital Marketing:


Manage and grow social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and share relevant industry news.

Monitor social media metrics and make recommendations for increasing engagement.



Educational Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).



Experience:


1-3 years, Freshers can also apply



Skills:


Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Comfortable making cold calls and initiating client conversations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Knowledge of HR related services (recruitment, PMS) is an advantage.
