Marketing Coordinator

Rera Vision is hiring a Marketing coordinator to join our customer support team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, handling basic inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, so good communication skills and a polite approach are essential.

This is a non-target-based role, meaning there is no sales pressure or targets to achieve. Full training will be provided, and freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to explain services to potential clients
• Attend to inbound customer queries professionally
• Record customer information and feedback accurately
• Follow up with interested leads as needed

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
• Ability to work well in a team
