Knowledge of working Excel is a must Maintaining daily activity reports. Analysis & Follow-up for collection of dues/interest charges. Prepare the necessary MIS report. Interacting with Bankers for ensuring Bank Loan for Clients and subsequent documentation for possession. Skills Required Only from Real Estate Background. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is an added advantage... Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM Software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
