# Hiring #Marketing Coordinator # Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh POSITION PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES · The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and activities. This position ensures smooth coordination between various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling content. 4. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. 5. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. 6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, assess market conditions, and understand customer behavior. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. 7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. 8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Other Duties may include · Actively pursue opportunities to increase knowledge of business processes and systems. · Provide feedback and assistance to the departments for the continued support. · Some travel may be required. · Other tasks that may be delegated by the reporting Manager from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Educational Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or degree in food science Microbiology, Biotechnology, Veterinary, Agriculture is highly desirable. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing. · Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. · Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
