Job Title: Field Hiring Executive-Recruitment Department: Recruitment Location: Gurgaon (Office-Based) Experience- 1 to 3 Years CTC: 1.8 to 2.5 Lacs P.A. Report To: Head- Recruitment Job Summary: The Field Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and recruiting domestic staff such as Chef, Cooks, Housekeepers through field visits, local communities, and referral networks. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, local area knowledge, and the ability to build trust within target communities. The executive will play a key role in creating a continuous pipeline of verified domestic workers to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities. Candidate Sourcing & Client Mapping · Identify and source potential domestic workers from local communities, NGOs, rural areas, and referral networks · Conduct field visits in assigned areas for recruitment and data collection. · Screen candidates for basic skills, experience, and background suitability. · Coordinate interviews and onboarding process with the internal recruitment team. · Maintain a regular pipeline of candidates for various categories like Chef, Cook, House helper, Housekeeper etc. · Build trust and relationships within local communities, training centers, and agents. · Distribute pamphlets, posters, and other promotional materials to generate leads. · Educate candidates about job roles, client expectations, and benefits by setting up canopies in local areas · Maintain accurate sourcing records and update internal systems. · Support documentation and ID verification as required. Sales Development: · Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment effort with business goals. · Contribute to sales campaigns and events to promote the company’s services. Skills & Qualifications: · Strong convincing power to recruit candidate for domestic roles. · Proven experience in recruitment & sales. · Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in using MS office and data handling.
