Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive footfall, sales, and brand awareness.
Ensure alignment of ATL & BTL activities with the overall marketing strategy.

ATL Activities:

Plan and coordinate mass media campaigns TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
Liaise with creative agencies for ad concept development and media buying.
Track campaign performance using appropriate KPIs.

BTL Activities:

Organize in-store promotions, product launches, and sampling activities.
Develop point-of-sale (POS) materials and merchandising strategies.
Partner with local influencers, conduct roadshows, and community engagement initiatives.

Collaboration & Vendor Management:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and event agencies

Budget Management:

Prepare and track budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
Provide regular reports on campaign ROI.

Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
Conduct post-campaign analysis to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in retail marketing with a strong focus on ATL & BTL activities.
Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
