Summary The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on Campus Activities and will be responsible for planning, executing, and aligning campus students for active participation in promotional initiatives. Role & responsibilities Strengthen brand presence through Campus Activities, engaging college students with interactive campaigns, influencer partnerships, and localized content. Capture learnings from successful campus activations and replicate effective models across other regions. Achieve annual activity targets by ensuring OPPO promotional activities are conducted at least once a month in in every A+ & A category store across Pan India. Regularly track regional performance and drive target achievement. Develop and recommend diverse promotional activity formats tailored to the India for implementation across Pan India. Empower Promotional Managers in each region by providing ongoing training and resources to continuously enhance team capabilities During new product launches and holiday promotions, support high-impact activities in key regions, document successful practices, and share best cases with all regions in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate and communicate promotion performance, retention impact, and regional effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile More than 7 years experience in managing retail activities, at least 3 years sales experience in mobile phone industry. Deep understanding of retail and channels, familiar with various types of store promotional activities Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotion activity. Proficient in using PPT, Excel, Word and other office software, and be able to present reports well at least bachelor degree, fluent in English. Have a sense of ownership and work without delay, strong ability to resist pressure and strong sense of target.
