Job Description

  • Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand aligning with overall business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the brand image through efficient marketing strategies.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty among the target audience.

  • Campaign Development and Execution:

Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and content that resonate with the target audience.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

  • Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Ensure ATL, BTL and TTL marketing effectively for the brand.

  • In-Store Promotions:

Collaborate with sales teams to develop in-store promotional materials and events.

Implement strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience.

  • Public Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

Manage public relations activities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Campaign Analytics

    :

Implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.

Analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing ROCI on an annual basis, collate market data, and competitor data, analyze these, and provide suggestions and proposals to the Management.
  • Managing, Training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory with the support of the HRD.
  • Ensure all staff are kept up to date on changes to products, offers etc. Improve product quality and service, and conduct monthly team meetings.
  • Understand the monthly and yearly target, and identify what this means in terms of profitability, cost, and staffing levels and ensure this information is communicated effectively to the team.
  • Submit MRM reports and MIS reports.
  • Display the ability to motivate and lead the team.
  • Awareness of company software handling
