Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing activities to promote hospital services across Howrah & Hooghly regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
Develop and implement neighbourhood marketing and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal departments for event planning, health camps, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Track marketing performance metrics and submit periodic MIS reports.
Support the hospitals digital, referral, and corporate marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in
hospital or healthcare marketing
, preferably in the HowrahHooghly belt.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, outreach activities, and local market dynamics.
Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis for marketing reporting.
