Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations of the Cath Lab ensuring smooth workflow and timely procedures.
Liaise with cardiologists, nursing staff, and technicians to ensure patient care and safety.
Schedule cases, manage patient flow, and maintain procedure records.
Monitor availability of consumables, implants, and coordinate with supply chain/inventory teams.
Ensure adherence to NABH and hospital quality protocols within the Cath Lab.
Support during audits, documentation, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Facilitate interdepartmental communication for efficient patient movement (pre/post procedure).

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital management background.
36 years of experience in
Cath Lab coordination / Cardiology department administration
in a reputed hospital.
Strong understanding of Cath Lab workflow, procedure scheduling, and documentation processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS).
