Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

Identify and visit
architects, MEP consultants, builders, and contractors
to promote Mitsubishi Electric products.
Generate
leads for upcoming projects
and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
Conduct
product presentations and demonstrations
to key decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
corporate, commercial, and residential project clients
.

Sales Coordination & Execution

Prepare
quotations, tenders, and project proposals
in line with client requirements.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close project sales.
Coordinate with the
showroom, service, and installation teams
to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and regular reporting of sales activities to the Sales Manager.

Market Analysis & Growth

Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
Provide feedback on market demands and potential business opportunities.
Attend
trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
to represent the brand.

Preferred candidate profile

510 years of
field or project sales experience
Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
Ability to
work independently and meet targets
Polished and professional appearance
Willing to travel within the assigned territory
