Role & responsibilities Perform patrol, first-off, layout, and stage-wise inspections (final, MPI, PDI) for input shafts and yokes to ensure dimensional accuracy and process compliance. Execute NPD inspections using standard room equipment, develop CMM programs, maintain CMM styluses, and generate detailed inspection reports. Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) for critical dimensions to monitor trends, detect variations, and maintain quality standards. Prepare and update inspection work instructions and ensure zero inspection-related rejections through strict adherence to first-off and patrol approvals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, and CAPA to reduce in-process and customer rejections of input shafts. Address customer issues proactively by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and minimizing input shaft complaints and COPQ. Maintain all quality documentation including inspection records, calibration data, layout reports, and ensure audit readiness and governance compliance. Role & responsibilities Prepare and maintain Net Material Requirement plans to ensure continuous raw material availability for production and dispatch. Monitor daily production vs. plan , coordinate material flow from shot blasting to production lines, and track in-transit materials for timely arrival. Generate sales invoices in SAP , coordinate daily dispatch schedules with customers, and ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete. Track dispatch vehicle movement and maintain adequate FG stock in bonded stores with clean, compliant packing bins. Manage tool transactions in Toolcrib , reconcile SAP vs. physical stock, and support logistics for smooth operational flow. Prepare and present MIS reports , including MRM updates, for accurate and timely departmental reporting. Ensure governance and documentation compliance by tracking and closing PRC and store-related action items within defined timelines. Roles and Responsibilities:- Receive and verify incoming materials with correct documentation, SAP (MIGO) posting, gate entry reconciliation, safe unloading, FIFO maintenance, and proper tagging for traceability. Manage inventory accuracy through periodic physical stock-taking, SAP reconciliation, minmax monitoring, shelf-life tracking, and job-work control through 57F4 challans. Plan and coordinate daily material handling including RM unloading schedules, in-transit follow-up, and timely communication of pending MIGO bills and reorder requirements. Maintain store operations by ensuring proper storage practices, quality tagging, safe handling, and timely disposal of forging/machining rejections. Ensure 5S implementation and maintain store infrastructure and material handling equipment (forklifts, stackers, weighing machines, racks) in efficient working condition. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as PRC, logistics, purchase, and quality for seamless material flow and replenishment. Prepare and present MIS reports while ensuring timely documentation, governance, and closure of PRC/store-related action items.
