Store Organization & Maintenance

Ensure proper
stacking, labeling, and identification
of materials for easy access.
Maintain
clean, safe, and organized storage areas
to prevent damage or loss.
Handle
material loading and unloading
with care.
Follow safety protocols and company standards in warehouse management.

Documentation & Coordination

Maintain
GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Delivery Challan, and Stock Issue slips
.
Coordinate with the
sales and installation teams
to dispatch materials for projects and customer deliveries.
Update daily stock movement and prepare
inventory reports
.
Liaise with
logistics and transport vendors
for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Support to Other Departments

Assist in
project material planning
with the sales and service teams.
Support the
technicians and field team
with required parts and materials.
Maintain
records for warranty parts, replacements, and service spares
.
