Job Description & Responsibilities : 1.Material Quality Inspection Verify raw materials, Semi finish material and bought out items against quality standards and approved vendor samples and note the reading in GRN (ERP/Tranzact) Coordinate with purchase/store for non-conformance materials. 2. Ensure Customer Requirement Fulfilment Translate customer specifications into internal QC checkpoints via QAP. Implement rigorous in-process and final quality checks in the in-process QC and Final QC document at defined stages. Ensure every project meets customer-defined requirements by checking it at the time of dispatch with store person. Send all the QC documents related to project and send to the client within 2 days from the date of invoice. 3. Drive Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Resolution Conduct regular customer satisfaction (CSS) surveys post-project by sending the customer satisfaction form or a google form for new and critical project and not for repeated order. For repeat order once in 6 months record their feedback Log feedback and complaints in different excel sheets. Ensure actionable feedback is implemented within a months’ time by taking a session within 2 days from the date of feedback from client. Ensure CAPA is made in case of customer complain and highlight the error in the first morning meeting within 24 hours from the date of complaint. 4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use tools Fishbone Diagrams & 5-Why Analysis, to identify and address process inefficiencies. Training Programs: Conduct workshops and training sessions for workers and staff on best practices in quality and process improvement once in a month. 5. Compliance and Certification Management Regulatory Standards Adherence: Stay updated with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME) and ensure compliance across operations. Certification Maintenance: Prepare documentation, conduct internal audits, and coordinate with certifying bodies for renewals and audits.
