We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at HLG Hospital PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for promoting hospital services, specialties, and doctors to generate patient referrals. Roles and Responsibility Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors to generate patient referrals through various marketing strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and diagnostic centers to increase business opportunities. Conduct field marketing activities such as doctor visits, health camps, CMEs, and corporate tie-ups to reach target audiences. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including offline and basic digital support, to achieve business objectives. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry. Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets set by management. Support branding initiatives like brochures, banners, events, and promotions. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Any Graduate degree is required. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business goals. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activities. Be proficient in using marketing software and tools to manage campaigns and track results.
