Marketing Communications Specialist

Your role

As Marketing Communication Specialist, you will

• execute marketing strategies to achieve strategic objectives, sales and profit targets for India
• ensure that local activities are aligned with the global strategy and objectives
• manage all marketing programs and platforms

The position will be based in New Delhi.

Your tasks

• Implement Global campaigns by localizing marketing assets and creating 360 campaigns that will target the key external and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and execute the annual marketing and communication plan as agreed with the Management
• Coordinate the planning of events with all relevant parties, external and internal.
• Manage all digital marketing programs and platforms, including:

Collaborate with internal website teams to optimize user experience and SEO

Maintain and grow the end user marketing database

Email communication to support campaigns

Design, build and maintain social media presence

• Develop the content plan to support the marketing objectives across all owned digital platforms (social media, website and CRM)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer/end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Who you are

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media Studies or Public Relations
• 3 – 5 years proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, proofreading, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Basic web editing skills and experience with HTML and Content Management Systems
• Knowledge of Online Marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and CRM systems (e.g. Social Studio, Sales Force/Pardot)
• Experience in implementing and maintaining SEO best practice
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
