Practical Information: Location: India | Reports to: Marketing Operations Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Remote | Learn more: crayon.com As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work with a dedicated marketing automation team and be responsible for supporting the building, execution, and performance monitoring of various digital marketing initiatives, to support our overall marketing plans. This role will support a geographically dispersed Marketing team and requires a dynamic and versatile skillset, including strong process orientation, project and time management, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Key Responsibilities Will Include Using the marketing automation platform to manage, build, and execute on digital campaign briefs and webinars, ensuring the automation capabilities are fully leveraged to drive effective marketing programs and campaigns for ROMI Supporting the team in managing the campaign pipeline and calendar, keeping an overall view of marketing activity across the business and understanding how projects fit into the broader plan, scheduling and adapting strategy in the event of a clash Assisting and supporting regular outgoing communications to partner base, such as external and internal newsletters, which includes building, testing and scheduling, helping gather content for communications Applying analytical skills to support the marketing team by identifying new ways to build and nurture the sales pipeline and supporting the growth of the business based on data-driven insights from previous campaigns and website interaction reports Your Competencies 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, Marketo is ideal but experience in other platforms will be considered too Qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications, Business or equivalent experience in a related area About You You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams, proactively sharing knowledge and maintaining connectivity You possess a multi-faceted skill set, with an interest in using technology in marketing and capable of speaking the language of business and strategic deliverables You are creative, innovative and positive with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while holding yourself and others accountable What's on Offer?
