You will develop and empower a high-performing sales team, execute strategic account and retention plans, and ensure business targets are met through effective budgeting and performance tracking. Key responsibilities will include: Lead sales and retention strategies, customer initiatives, and account planning; set clear targets across the team Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team , ensuring alignment with HR policies and performance goals Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure progress and timely actions Drive revenue by selling license agreements, cloud platforms (M365, Azure/AWS, GCP), and software solutions Strengthen executive-level relationships (CxO, decision-makers) to deepen customer engagement Your Competencies: BE/MBA or equivalent degree 12+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 6+ years managing sales teams Proven success in selling licensing, cloud, and security solutions; certifications are a plus Strong experience selling to large enterprise accounts and engaging C-level stakeholders About You: Skilled in leading sales teams with strong planning, coaching, and performance tracking Analytical and solutions-driven with a proactive mindset Commercially sharp, with the ability to assess opportunities and communicate impact at the leadership level What's on Offer?
