The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a critical role within Aptia Group’s India Global Capability Centre, supporting global go-to-market and growth initiatives, primarily focused on the US insurance market, with an emphasis on Health Insurance Administration platforms.
The role is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable B2B marketing automation strategies using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights – Journeys), enabling demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement across geographies.
- Design and execute multichannel B2B marketing campaigns (email, digital journeys, webinars, events, nurture programs) using D365 Marketing.
- Build and manage automated customer journeys, lead scoring models, triggers, and lifecycle stages.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery: planning, build, launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Contribute to marketing automation strategy for building a scalable platform that supports selling insurance administration solutions, primarily for US Health Insurance clients.
- Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise and midmarket insurance carriers, TPAs, and brokers.
- Enable repeatable campaign frameworks aligned to buyer personas, regulatory context, and buying cycles in the US insurance ecosystem.
- Integrate D365 Marketing with D365 Sales to enable seamless lead to opportunity flow.
- Collaborate with US, UK, and global Sales, Presales, Product, and Growth teams.
- Define lead qualification criteria, SLAs, and handoff processes across regions.
- Build advanced segmentation using firmographic, behavioral, and engagement data.
- Ensure GDPR, US data privacy, and consent management compliance.
- Maintain data quality and governance within Dataverse.
- Track MQLs, SQLs, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Develop dashboards and insights using D365 analytics and Power BI.
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and insight led improvements.
- Act as the India GCC subject matter expert for marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
- Support global marketing teams with best practices, playbooks, and documentation.
- Work effectively across time zones in a cross border, matrixed operating model.
