We're not looking for someone to just sit at a desk, nor someone who is only on the road. We need a dynamic storyteller and a meticulous planner who can manage our communications end-to-end.

This is a unique hybrid role that blends on-camera talent with strategic marketing and communications.

Be the Face of Hoppity:

• Shoot and star in engaging video content (Reels, vlogs, etc.).
• Host the Hoppity travel podcast, bringing stories of offbeat India to life.
• Be the primary on-camera personality for our brand.

Own End-to-End Comms:

• Develop and manage the complete social media content calendar and strategy.
• Manage all brand communications, from social media copy and community engagement (comments/DMs) to email newsletters and partnership outreach.
• Act as the primary point of contact for creator collaborations and brand partnerships.

Manage & Execute Projects:

• Travel extensively pan-India to manage and execute content campaigns and creator projects.
• Coordinate project logistics, including travel, accommodation, and shoot schedules.
• Analyze content performance and report on key metrics to refine our strategy.

• Proven Experience:

   1-2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing.

• Charismatic & Camera-Confident:

   You must be exceptional on camera, with a natural ability to connect with an audience.

• Strong Communicator:

   Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing all brand comms.

• Highly Organized:

   You can juggle multiple projects, manage a content calendar, and coordinate complex travel logistics.

• Google Sheets Guru:

   You 

  live and breathe Google Sheets

  . You are meticulous and will use spreadsheets daily for content planning, performance tracking, and managing trip logistics.

• A Passion for Travel:

   A genuine love for exploring India, especially offbeat destinations.

• Self-Starter:
