Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

• Create and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create monthly social media schedules for clients.

• Coordinate with designers for requirements- digital and mainline

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

• Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to optimise content and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency across all communication.

• Analyse performance metrics and prepare actionable reports if and when required in collaboration with performance marketing team.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms.

• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production partners when required.

• Be the SPOC for clients for day-to-day requirements.

• Working knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).

• Bonus: familiarity with Lightroom or basic photo/video editing, presentation design skills, and understanding of luxury/lifestyle brands.
