Looking for a Marketing Associate with 3–4 years of experience to collaborate with me on upcoming projects — across digital, print, and mainline work. Someone with a refined aesthetic sense , who understands balance, detail, and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. • Create and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Create monthly social media schedules for clients. • Coordinate with designers for requirements- digital and mainline • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. • Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to optimise content and campaigns. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency across all communication. • Analyse performance metrics and prepare actionable reports if and when required in collaboration with performance marketing team. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms. • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production partners when required. • Be the SPOC for clients for day-to-day requirements. Skills & Requirements: • Proficiency in Canva and comfort with navigating ChatGPT and other AI tools for content, research, and strategy. • Strong copywriting skills across digital and print formats. • Excellent verbal and written communication . • Strong aesthetic judgement and understanding of premium brands. • Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and work independently. • Comfortable with vendor coordination and basic production follow-ups. • Working knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.). • Bonus: familiarity with Lightroom or basic photo/video editing, presentation design skills, and understanding of luxury/lifestyle brands.
