Global Websters is expanding its in-house marketing team and looking for a performance-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Associate who can manage digital growth for Global Websters and our in-house brands across social media, PPC ads, marketplace ads, SEO, and website manageme Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing, social media campaigns, marketplace advertising, SEO activities , and website updates . You will directly contribute to the digital growth of multiple in-house brands. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Plan & execute monthly content calendars for in-house brands Create reels, posts, ad creatives (Canva preferred) Manage comments, DMs, reviews, and community engagement Coordinate influencer activities and partnerships Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads) Run and optimize PPC campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead generation Conduct daily performance checks and manage budgets effectively Use audience segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing to improve results Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports3. Marketplace Advertising (Not Marketplace Operations) Drive paid ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces Improve product visibility using keyword research, targeting, A+ creatives, campaign structure, and bidding strategies Utilize tools like Helium10, Amazon Pi for insights and optimization Track marketplace ad performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI Website Management Update blogs, product pages, banners, and creatives on Shopify/WordPress Ensure website hygiene, user experience, and speed optimization Improve conversions through CRO insights SEO & Analytics Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GKP Implement on-page SEO on blogs, landing pages, and product pages Track performance using GA & Search Console Provide actionable insights for rankings, traffic & conversions Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience working for brands or a digital marketing agency Hands-on skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon/Flipkart Ads Strong command over SEO, keyword tools, and analytics platforms Experience managing social media content & campaigns Familiarity with Shopify/WordPress Immediate joiners will be given preference Expected Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager who specializes in Myntra and Ajio marketplace management. The ideal candidate must be strong in end-to-end brand growth, revenue ownership, pricing strategy, P&L management, and client servicing. Your core responsibility will be to manage fashion/lifestyle brands on Myntra & Ajio and help them scale consistently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Account Management (Myntra & Ajio) Manage end-to-end account activities for multiple fashion/lifestyle brands. Create and execute growth strategies for Myntra & Ajio. Handle listings, visibility, SEO, catalog health, pricing, promotions, and brand store hygiene. Manage event sales (Big Myntra Sale, Ajio Mania, Brand Days, etc.) to maximize revenue. 2. Pricing, Margins & Calculator Expertise Must know how to prepare advanced pricing calculators for both Myntra and Ajio. Evaluate margins, commissions, return charges, logistics, and marketplace deductions. Suggest profitable pricing and discount strategies without hurting brand P&L. 3. Client Relationship & P&L Ownership Act as a primary point of contact for brand founders/managers. Present weekly/monthly performance reports and business insights. Own the P&L for each brand: revenue, profit margins, marketing spends, returns, etc. Ensure complete satisfaction and transparency with every client. 4. Growth & Performance Strategy Plan and execute growth KPIs: sales targets, sell-through, ROAS (in coordination with Ads Specialist). Coordinate closely with in-house Ad Specialists to run profitable campaigns. Identify marketplace opportunities and gaps to drive scale. 5. Data & Analytical Reporting Analyze daily sales, inventory, returns, and chargebacks. Monitor competition and category trends. Share insights with clients and leadership for strategic decisions. Required Skills, Competencies & Compansation Strong knowledge of Myntra & Ajio portal workings. Expertise in pricing calculators, commissions, marketplace deductions. Strong communication and client-facing abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Category understanding (fashion & lifestyle preferred). Ability to handle multi-brand portfolio.
