Job Description

Manage and support day-to-day activities of seller accounts on Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, and Flipkart
Assist in listing creation, catalog updates, content optimization, and pricing changes
Ensure catalog hygiene, seller score maintenance, and compliance with marketplace guidelines
Track daily sales, orders, returns, and basic performance metrics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Support implementation of offers, discounts, and sale event activities
Coordinate with internal teams (ads, creatives, account managers) for smooth execution
Raise and follow up on marketplace tickets when required
Assist senior account managers in client reporting and deliverables
Work on Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis
Understand marketplace dashboards such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Ajio Seller Portal
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account handling
Basic understanding of KPIs like GMV, CTR, conversion rate, and returns
Good communication, coordination, and execution skills
Exposure to fashion or lifestyle categories is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
