E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Fresher / Junior Level)

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year (Internship / 6–12 months experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products on e-commerce platforms (product listing, updates, pricing, and stock coordination).
• Support day-to-day operations for online marketplaces and brand websites.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing.
• Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Maintain and update product data, images, and descriptions.
• Assist in basic reporting related to sales, inventory, and performance.
• Support promotional activities, offers, and campaign execution.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all online listings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technical background / MBA (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital operations is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar).
• Fundamental knowledge of online product listings, pricing, and order flow.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online sales processes.
• Familiarity with dashboards, reports, or inventory tracking.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
