About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who can handle both the technical and marketing sides of our business.

You'll manage HubSpot, outbound tools, paid campaigns, and our presence on SaaS marketplaces.

Your goal will be to make sure our systems, data, and campaigns all work smoothly together to help the sales and marketing teams succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• HubSpot Management:

• Set up and manage HubSpot workflows and automation.
• Keep contact and deal data clean and updated.
• Build simple dashboards and reports to track performance.

• Outbound & Operations:

• Manage tools used for email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to target the right leads and track campaign results.

• Marketplace & Campaign Management:

• Create and update listings on G2, Capterra, and other SaaS marketplaces.
• Coordinate reviews and marketing assets with other teams.
• Track marketplace traffic and leads using GA4.
• Help set up and monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Maintain UTM tags and campaign tracking sheets.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Use Google Sheets or Excel to analyze data.
• Share performance insights and suggest improvements.

Ideal Background

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing. -

  MANDATORY

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for at least 1 year (automation, reporting, integrations). -

  MANDATORY

• Familiar with GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Bonus if you've used tools like Clay, Wiza, or Lemlist.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at managing multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment. -
