Role & responsibilities

Oversees marketing functions & strategies that align with the companys overall objectives, ensuring growth in target markets and customer segments
Oversee the resolution of post-sales customer issues, including product defects, service requests, and warranty claims
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, addressing their post-purchase needs and enhancing customer loyalty
Work closely with product development & production team to ensure timely delivery of products against orders.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing professionals
Analyze Marketing operations & after-sales service data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for service enhancement
