Job Title: Manager Marketing & Operations Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office Gurgaon) Experience Required: 5 to 7 years Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday Organization: Almawakening Foundation Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution (50%) Develop, manage, and scale digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and partnerships. Oversee campaign calendars and content coordination with design, content, and video teams. Lead marketing performance tracking, brand consistency, and engagement metrics reporting. Enhance website and social media presence, lead generation funnels, and donor engagement tools. Collaborate with PR/media partners to increase visibility of Almawakening’s work. Operations & Program Oversight (30%) Plan and manage logistics for events, workshops, retreats, and outreach initiatives. Oversee vendor and budget coordination, maintain trackers, checklists, and documentation. Ensure timely execution and wrap-up of awareness campaigns, with post-campaign evaluations. Team Coordination & Leadership (20%) Supervise junior marketing or operations staff and interns (if applicable). Coordinate across internal departments (partnerships, outreach, HR) to ensure campaign alignment. Prepare executive updates, founder reports, and campaign performance presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields . 5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or operations—preferably (not mandatory) in nonprofits, CSR teams, or social enterprises . Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, events, and multi-stakeholder programs. Strong digital fluency: Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite . Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems , and automation tools like Zapier is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . The individual will play a key role in building strategic partnerships and ensuring Alma’s message reaches wider audiences. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure speaking engagements, workshops, and training opportunities with corporates, universities, and event organizers. Pitch Alma Chopra’s profile to HR heads and event managers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and collaborators. Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of confirmed sessions, collaborations, or sponsorships. Create and share proposals, decks, and tailored pitches for different audiences.
