About the Role:

Marketing Intern

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing

  digital campaigns

  for Alma's talks, bootcamps, and workshops.
• Manage and grow our presence across

  Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters

  .
• Research and curate content around

  inclusion, mental health, resilience, and purpose

  .
• Support the design team in developing

  visual creatives and video snippets

  .
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and insights.
• Collaborate with the Programs and Sales teams to align messaging across channels.

Who You Are

• A student or graduate in

  Marketing, Media, Communication, or Liberal Arts

  .
• Strong storyteller with creative thinking and basic content-writing skills.
• Comfortable with Canva / basic design or video-editing tools (preferred).
• Passionate about

  social causes, inclusion, and youth engagement

  .
• Energetic, organized, and willing to experiment with fresh ideas.

  Work from Office

• Duration:

  3 months ( can be extendable )

• Stipend:

  15000 with Internship Certificate

• Time:

  10 to 7 PM
