Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis 3 at The Brook Bakery and Patisserie located in South Delhi. The Commis 3 will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food, supporting senior chefs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and performing other kitchen-related tasks as required. The role involves ensuring that all culinary tasks are carried out to meet quality, health, and safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking Strong Culinary Skills and an understanding of food presentation Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards Good Communication skills to interact effectively with the team Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow instructions Passion for baking and patisserie is a plus Formal training or a diploma in culinary arts is advantageous
