Commis Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis 3 at The Brook Bakery and Patisserie located in South Delhi. The Commis 3 will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food, supporting senior chefs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and performing other kitchen-related tasks as required. The role involves ensuring that all culinary tasks are carried out to meet quality, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong Culinary Skills and an understanding of food presentation
• Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards
• Good Communication skills to interact effectively with the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow instructions
• Passion for baking and patisserie is a plus
• Formal training or a diploma in culinary arts is advantageous
