📍 Location: Siliguri, Darjeeling, Gangtok

💼 Department: Production – Bakery, Confectionery & Continental

Open Positions – Production Department

1. Sous Chef – Continental

• Minimum 

  10 years of experience

   in professional kitchens with at least 

  5 years in a supervisory or sous chef role

   (preferably in bakery and continental sections).
• Strong technical knowledge in 

  baking, pastry arts, and continental cuisine.

• Experience in high-volume production, fine dining, or premium bakery operations preferred.

2. Production Assistant/Associate – Continental

• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or bakery kitchen specializing in Continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine.
• Experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen will be preferred.

• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role in a reputed bakery or hospitality brand.
• Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including bread-making, cake decoration, and pastry production.
• Creative flair for developing new recipes and presentations.

4. Cake Specialist / Designer – Bakery & Confectionery

• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of experience in customized/designer cake making
• Skilled in modern cake designs, fondant work, and innovative presentations
• Strong creative flair with attention to detail and finishing
