Job Responsibilities: Assist chefs with basic chopping, cutting, and food preparation Follow standard cutting techniques for vegetables, meats, and garnishes Support cooking during busy service hours / rush periods Help in plating and basic cooking under chef’s guidance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations Wash, clean, and organize utensils, equipment, and prep areas Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Skills & Requirements: Basic knowledge of cutting and chopping techniques Ability to work fast and efficiently during rush hours Willingness to learn and take instructions Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Team player with a positive attitude Prior kitchen experience preferred (but not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,775.58 - ₹15,340.62 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
