Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with basic chopping, cutting, and food preparation
  • Follow standard cutting techniques for vegetables, meats, and garnishes
  • Support cooking during busy service hours / rush periods
  • Help in plating and basic cooking under chef’s guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations
  • Wash, clean, and organize utensils, equipment, and prep areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of cutting and chopping techniques
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently during rush hours
  • Willingness to learn and take instructions
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Prior kitchen experience preferred (but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,775.58 - ₹15,340.62 per month
