Job Description

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes such as soups, sauces, stocks, pastas, grills, and breakfast items
  • Handle mise-en-place independently for assigned sections
  • Follow standard recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP and food safety standards
  • Assist in supervising Commis II, Commis III, or trainees
  • Coordinate with senior chefs during service
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO of food items
  • Minimize wastage and report spoilage or discrepancies
  • Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
