Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure speaking engagements, workshops, and training opportunities with corporates, universities, and event organizers.
  • Pitch Alma Chopra’s profile to HR heads and event managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and collaborators.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of confirmed sessions, collaborations, or sponsorships.
  • Create and share proposals, decks, and tailored pitches for different audiences.
  • Explore and close sponsorships for Alma’s shows, podcasts, and events.
  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Maintain a database of leads, meetings, and conversions (CRM/Excel).
  • Represent Alma at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
