Demonstrate a leadership mindset with strong accountability, ownership, and adaptability in cross-functional environments. Manage engineering changes through change management systems and processes . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in rail transportation with a focus on electrical systems and harness design. Proven experience in CATIA V5/V6 , especially in EHI (Electrical Harness Installation) and schematics tools like Zuken E3 series, or similar. Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as EN 50155, EN 45545, or equivalent. Experience with data analysis , reporting, and system integration in rail or similar domains. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with high-speed trains, metros, monorails, or trams. Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., ENOVIA, Teamcenter) and configuration management. Exposure to rail vehicle architecture design.
