Job Description The GDI&A Media Analytics Manager will lead the media analytics team, providing actionable insights to optimize EU-based Ford marketing. Drive data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI while supporting the transition of analytics services to GDIA. Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction. Requires strong leadership, technical skills, and communication for cross-functional collaboration to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America. Key Responsibilities: Transition Management: Manage the transition of media analytics from WPP to GDIA, ensuring smooth handover, meeting deadlines, and mitigating risks. Execute transition plan with WPP, GDIA, and Ford marketing teams. Monitor progress and address challenges proactively. Data Analysis & Insights: Collaborate to develop data-driven strategies and optimize marketing across channels. Analyze data to develop marketing models (e.g., MMM for EU Ford Pro). Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer questions and provide campaign insights. Reporting & Visualization: Develop reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Track KPIs for media campaigns to measure effectiveness. Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports and dashboards. Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data quality and naming convention adherence, supporting the DPR project. Implement and maintain data governance policies. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor data analysts, providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in Europe and North America to align marketing strategies. Communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred). 8-12 years' experience in marketing analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience leading teams, managing projects, and transitioning services is highly desirable. Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and EU data privacy (GDPR) a plus. Automotive experience preferred.
