Job Description

Role Overview: As the GDI&A Media Analytics Manager, you will lead the media analytics team to provide actionable insights for optimizing EU-based Ford marketing. Your role involves driving data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI while supporting the transition of analytics services to GDIA. You will identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction, requiring strong leadership, technical skills, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration with teams across Europe and North America. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the transition of media analytics from WPP to GDIA, ensuring a smooth handover, meeting deadlines, and mitigating risks. - Execute the transition plan in collaboration with WPP, GDIA, and Ford marketing teams. - Monitor progress and proactively address challenges during the transition. - Collaborate to develop data-driven strategies and optimize marketing across various channels. - Analyze data to create marketing models (e.g., MMM for EU Ford Pro) and conduct ad-hoc analyses for campaign insights. - Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. - Track KPIs for media campaigns to measure their effectiveness and ensure data accuracy in reports and dashboards. - Ensure data quality and adherence to naming conventions, supporting the DPR project, and maintain data governance policies. - Manage and mentor data analysts, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and innovative team. - Partner with cross-functional teams in Europe and North America to align marketing strategies and communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences. - Identify and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) with 8-12 years" experience in marketing analytics. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and transitioning services is highly desirable. - Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and EU data privacy (GDPR) is a plus, with automotive experience being preferred.
