Marketing and HR Intern

Job Summary

Looking for a motivated intern to assist both Marketing and Human Resources teams. You’ll gain practical experience in campaign creation, social media, recruitment, onboarding, and admin support.

Key Responsibilities Marketing

• Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, events)
• Assist with creating and scheduling content (blogs, posts, graphics, short‑form videos)
• Track and report engagement metrics and consumer feedback
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

HR (common intern duties as per Indeed & Workable)

• Draft and post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Update & maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation
• Assist with payroll data, benefits queries, and HR admin
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with MS Office; experience with social media tools, basic graphics (e.g., Canva), or analytics is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or coursework in marketing/HR
• Creative mindset with proactive initiative
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems basic design tools AI

Learning Opportunities

• Support end-to-end marketing campaigns: from ideation to performance analysis
• Get hands-on with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes
• Develop professional skills in cross-functional collaboration and project support

Internship Details

• Duration: 2–6 months
