Marketing and HR Intern

As a recruiting professional, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by undertaking various responsibilities. Your tasks will involve designing and updating job descriptions to attract potential candidates. Utilizing online platforms like social media and professional networks such as StackOverflow and Behance, you will source suitable candidates and craft engaging recruiting emails to reach out to passive talents. Furthermore, you will be responsible for screening incoming resumes and applications, conducting interviews through various mediums like phone, video, and in-person meetings. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and distributing assignments, as well as numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests throughout the recruitment process. To expand the talent pool, you will advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally. This multifaceted role requires a proactive approach to attract and assess candidates effectively. This full-time and permanent position offers benefits such as Provident Fund and the flexibility of working from home. The work schedule is set for day shifts from Monday to Friday.
