Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Research and qualify leads using CRM, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.

2. Marketing Execution

  • Plan and implement campaigns across

    SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels

    .
  • Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
  • Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.

3. Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

4. Sales & Business Support

  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
  • Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.
  • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
  • Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in

    lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management

    .
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of

    digital marketing platforms

    (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in

    Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in

    B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing

  • Knowledge of

    marketing automation & drip campaigns

  • Familiarity with

    Power BI/Tableau

    for data visualization.
