Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and nurture early-stage prospects in the Middle Eastern market, understanding their software and automation needs and offering solutions.
• Conduct thorough market and company-specific research to identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP).

·       Analyse target companies to understand their structure, key players, and potential business pains our software could solve.

• Execute high-volume outbound activities to make initial contact with key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Heads of Operations).
• Conduct insightful and professional discovery calls and meetings to uncover a prospect's critical business challenges, goals, and current processes.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Manager to ensure a smooth transition of fully qualified opportunities.
• Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness and to leverage new content for outreach.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and appoint potential partners in the region.
• Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a

  hunting or business development role

  , preferably within B2B SaaS, technology, or software sales. A proven track record in sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior management executives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

• Fluency in English.
