Role Overview: You will be a crucial part of the property team, assisting in achieving network growth aligned with strategic goals. Collaborating closely with the Regional Development/Partnership Director, your role in Mumbai will involve supporting commercial and financial aspects to ensure growth targets are met. Ideal for ambitious development professionals seeking career acceleration, as a Market Research & Data Analyst, your focus will be on detailed analysis and providing insights to drive business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market analysis and gather data to identify real estate vacancies, acquire landlord contact information, and compile relevant market data. - Analyze data to pinpoint underserved areas and emerging expansion opportunities. - Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, trends, and key insights to facilitate decision-making. - Collaborate with the team to aid in outreach strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives. - Present data-driven insights clearly and cohesively to support strategic planning efforts. - Evaluate potential new sites for customer demand viability for Regus. - Assist in preparing recommendations for Regus Investment Committee, including detailed cost analysis, sales projections, and project plans. - Maintain and update pipeline trackers, financial models, and monthly performance presentations. - Participate in UK business reviews with the UK Development Team. Qualifications Required: - Possess strong research and data-gathering skills with an analytical mindset. - Ability to effectively compile and present insights using Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills essential for collaboration in a dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about market trends and commercial real estate. - A graduate degree is a prerequisite. - Previous background in the property industry is mandatory. - Strong analytical, financial, and modeling skills are necessary. - Good negotiating skills along with understanding of real estate deal structures and implications on ROI. - Exhibit strong communication, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Capable of making effective decisions, evaluating options, and considering consequences. - Strong planning and organizational skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and achievement orientation. - Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to identify and escalate risks to senior management when needed.,
