Market Research Analyst

As a Market Research Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing market data to provide insights that will drive marketing strategies, product development, and business decisions. You will be responsible for: - Analyzing competitor products, pricing, positioning, and monitoring market trends on various retail and e-commerce platforms. - Researching and identifying scalable and reliable suppliers through Google and proprietary databases. - Evaluating new suppliers, managing communication, collecting quotes, and maintaining supplier records. - Compiling and structuring data using Excel/Google Sheets for comparison and analysis. - Preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. - Maintaining accurate records and databases for easy access. - Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners. - Assisting in automating research and reporting tasks using Excel functions and macros to increase efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in market research. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Thorough understanding of market research methodologies. - Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
