Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic (CATI) and web-based (CAWI) surveys with national and international respondents, including CXOs and senior executives.
• Perform primary and secondary research to gather insights on consumers, competitors, and markets.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports and presentations.
• Support business objectives by providing competitive analysis and forecasting market trends.
• Maintain research databases and ensure accuracy of collected information.
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conducting interviews, surveys, and presenting insights.
• Methodical approach to data collection, surveys, and focus groups with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in company profiling - extracting details like contacts, designations, industry, size, and revenue.
• Proficiency in using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google, Bloomberg, Hoovers, and OneSource to build quality databases.
• Exposure to market research across industries - IT, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, Energy, Pharma, Automobiles, etc.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and recommend strategies.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, and work collaboratively in teams.
