As an ideal candidate for the role, you should possess the following skills & experience: - In-depth knowledge and ability to conduct secondary research in pharma, healthcare, agrochemicals, biotech, and life sciences domain. - Familiarity with pharma & life sciences industry trends, industry layers, and various aspects. - Experience in collecting and analyzing primary research data from surveys and primary sources. - Proficiency in working on Indian & Global micro markets with a deep understanding of the entire industry at various levels. - Expertise in research planning, quantitative and qualitative research, including telephone/web surveys, questionnaires, and face-to-face interviews. - Ability to analyze data to derive insights on diseases or therapy based on client requirements. - Deep understanding of ROS, drugs & variants, manufacturing processes of FDFs, APIs, excipients, drug coatings, and chemical structures. - Monitoring and creating drug and disease forecast models in various therapeutic areas. - Recommending actions based on data analysis and interpretation. - Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence, and valuation for conclusive analysis in various therapeutic areas. - Effective understanding of disease and drug models with an in-depth knowledge of diseases and treatment landscapes. - Proficiency in devising methodologies to gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions. - Ability to convert complex data and findings into understandable reports, charts, tables, and graphs. - Utilization of paid databases like Beckers data, Row2, ChemXpert, IQVIA, Bloomberg, EXIM databases, Factiva, and keyword-based search for unpaid resources. - Desirable to have an understanding of patent analytics. Skills required for the role: - Proven market research analysis experience. - Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multitask effectively. - Conduct secondary & primary research to build an in-depth understanding of companies in assigned sectors. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Excellent knowledge of databases and MS Office. - Strong analytics and critical thinking abilities. - Positive attitude towards challenging projects. - Strong domain knowledge in the pharma, life science, and chemical industries.
