Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Perform

  data mining

  and lead generation using tools such as

  Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot

  , ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases.
• Analyze datasets to derive insights and support strategic decision-making for sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain databases of prospects, competitors, and industry-specific market intelligence.
• Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights accordingly.
• Monitor key market developments, new opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Validate and enrich prospect data to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Assist in campaign planning by providing audience segmentation and targeted lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in data mining / lead generation

  using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS / IT services industry.
• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes.
